Super Duty Lift Tables' Technical Specificiations and Accessories

TECHNICAL

A. MECHANICAL:

  1. End and side loading capacities do not have to be decreased when platform size is increased.
  2. Reduce the end and side loading capacities by 33% if loads are going to be rolled onto the platform when the lift is other than fully lowered.
  3. The base frame size on 12,000, 15,000, 18,000 and 20,000 capacity lifts varies with the platform size to provide maximum stability
  4. Bevel toe guards as required by OSHA for lifts recessed into the floor, are standard. (Lifts do not have to be recessed, however.)
  5. 12,000, 15,000, 18,000 and 20,000 pound capacity lifts are designed with a lifting ram at each of the four corners to provide maximum stability when loads are offset or roll over the sides or ends of the platform.

B. ELECTRICAL:

  1. Standard voltage is 230/60/3. The motor supplied with the lift will operate on 208, 220, 230, 240, 440, 460, 480/60/3.
  2. Single phase power units (5 HP-230/60/1) are available for an additional charge. Lift speeds on 5,000, 8,000 and 10,000 lb. capacity units do not change. The lift speed on 12,000, 15,000, 18,000 and 20,000 lb. capacity lifts will be approximately 120 seconds. (110/60/1 not available.)
  3. Power units are remote from the lift and are equipped with wall mounting brackets. Power units can be wall or floor mounted.
  4. Power units are equipped with continuous duty motors.
  5. Continuous running power units may be required for high cycle up-jogging operations (consult the factory).

TECHNICAL

C. HYDRAULIC:

  1. 5' of hose is provided with each lift to run between the lift and the power unit (two 5' hoses are provided on 12,000, 15,000 and 20,000 lb. capacity lifts).
  2. 10 gallons of DEXRON III are to be provided by the purchaser.
  3. 12,000, 15,000 and 20,000 lb. capacity lifts have dual hydraulic feed lines. One line feeds one set of cylinders and one line feeds the other set of cylinders. Should one line lose pressure, the other line will hold the lift in position until service can be provided.
  4. 12,000, 15,000 and 20,000 lb. capacity lifts are equipped with a hydraulic anti-interflow system which prevents oil from flowing between cylinder sets when the lift is not moving. This feature reduces platform deflection when loads are moved across the platform deck.
