Coil Handling & Roll Drop Lifts' Technical Information and Accessories

TECHNICAL
  1. End and Side Loading - On lift table models, reduce the end and side loading capacities by 2% for every inch added to the standard minimum length or width. Reduce the end or side loading capacities by 33% if the loads are going to be rolled onto the platform when the lift is other than fully lowered. For end and side loading capacities on units with casters, consult the factory.
  2. "V" decks have a 1" rise per foot or approximately a 5 degree rise.
  3. "V" are parallel to the lift table legs, except for the roll drop lifts where they are perpendicular to the lift table legs.
  4. On roll drop lifts, always roll loads over the leg roller end of the lift.
  5. Lowered heights on non-wheeled units are given to the low point of the "V" deck from ground level.
  6. Lowered heights on wheeled units are given to the low point of the "V" deck from the load carrying face of the flanged wheels or from the apex of the load carrying "V" on "V" wheels.
  7. Please specify flanged or "V" wheels when ordering these series of wheeled lifts.
  8. All wheels are side mounted unless ordered otherwise.
  9. All track on which lifts traverse is by others.
  10. The housing cover for the power unit and drive on powered horizontal transfer buggies project above the platform lowered height and extends off the base frame. The drive housing dimensions are approximately 24" wide by 18" deep by 12" high, which must be added to the overall lift dimensions.
  11. 90 degree palletizer/depalletizers have two decks. One deck is a flat deck to accommodate a pallet. The other deck is a "V" deck to accommodate a coil or roll. To accommodate the height of the pallet, the "V" deck begins 6" out from the juncture of the two decks.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
  1. Any platform size over the minimum per square foot.
